More about my early life. In the Navy I would play my acoustic guitar underway by the ships forward missle magazine. It was close to where I slept and quiet. It's where they kept those guided missles you see on the news that U.S. Navy Warships fire from the front part of the ship. The Navy ships spent 9 months out of the years at sea with some breif ports stops where the ship was. During the 3 months that we would be in our home port we still had to sleep on the ship 25% of the time on our 4-section duty watch bill. When I got out of the Navy the fisrt band I played in was called Wreck n Crew. It was fronted by a guy named Wreckley J. Lamar who was from the New York punk scene. We played cover songs by the New York Dolls, Ramones, Social Distortion & The Dictators. After that I played in a Metal band from Fort Lauderdale called Scavenger. It was mostly like Iron maiden. Then the drummer from Scavenger, Chris who was still in Hign School went on with me to form a band called Tomorrows Child. This band only played the songs I was writing. Totally different than the first 2 band. Tomorrows Child was a 4 peice band. I played the guitar and sang backing vocals. Part of 1994 and early 1995 was the darkess part of my life up till then. I wrote some very dark songs but today what you hear those songs are recorded like does not represent what i was feeling. One was Vacation in Vermont, and one was I'm Already Dead. I lived in Oakland Park and spent the rent money to do a demo recording of Tomorrows Child. I then got evicted and was homeless for 3 weeks. I become homeless a second time and wrote my songs about what it was like. I was always  a smart and hard worked however and always had a job, so I came back and got a cheap place to live. I then ran into Jimmy. Jimmy was one of the fisrt guys I meet when I arrived in Delray Beach. Jimmy played with me in Wreck n Crew. He wanted to play again. He was a guitar play as I was. Chris the drummer was no different. I changed from guitar and backing vocals to lead vocals and bass guitar. We called are new band VEIN. VEIN goes on to play all the top South Frodida rock clubs. We get a second guitars named Jonus. VEIN gets South Florida radio airplay. VEIN goes on to grow for over 5 years and we only play my songs.  VEIN played its last show at the Culture Room in Fort Lauderdale in 2001.
